These Event Booking Terms apply between:
Gamestreet 1 AB, org. no. 559331‑2134 (“GS1”)
and
The company or individual stated in the booking confirmation, quotation, or invoice (“Customer”).
Each may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
These terms apply to bookings of events, private functions, corporate gatherings, or similar activities held at the GS1 venue located at:
Magnus Ladulåsgatan 1, 118 65 Stockholm, Sweden.
A binding booking agreement is considered concluded on the date GS1 receives a signed confirmation or written acceptance of the proposal from the Customer.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the person signing the agreement is authorized to enter into binding agreements on behalf of the Customer.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- A prepayment of 50% of the total order value is invoiced upon acceptance of the quotation.
- The remaining balance is invoiced after the event has been completed.
- The final invoice is due within 10 days of the invoice date.
The advance payment will be deducted from the final invoice.
For bookings where a private individual is responsible for payment, GS1 reserves the right to require full or partial payment in advance without prior credit assessment.
Any dispute of an invoice or claim must be submitted before the invoice due date.
GS1 reserves the right to charge late payment interest in accordance with the Swedish reference rate + 8%.
The Customer may cancel the event without cost up to 8 weeks before the scheduled event date.
The following cancellation fees apply thereafter:
8–4 weeks before the event
- 100% of the venue rental fee
- 25% of the value of ordered catering
4 weeks – 7 days before the event
- 100% of the venue rental fee
- 50% of the value of ordered catering
7 days or less before the event
- 100% of the venue rental fee
- 100% of ordered catering
- 100% of any additional services or orders
For the purpose of this agreement, “catering” refers to all ordered food and beverages.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
The Customer may adjust the number of participants up to 5 days before the event by a maximum reduction of 10% compared to the confirmed number of guests.
Requests to increase the number of participants are subject to availability and must be approved by GS1.
If GS1 has incurred specific costs due to cancellation or a reduction in participants, the Customer shall reimburse such costs in full.
Any changes to a booking must be submitted in writing.
The Customer is responsible for:
- Ensuring that all participants comply with venue rules and applicable laws
- Paying all costs associated with the booking even if such costs are intended to be paid individually by participants
- Any damages caused to the venue, interior, furniture, equipment, or property beyond normal wear and tear
GS1 reserves the right to invoice the Customer for repair or replacement costs resulting from such damages.
If the cost of procuring or delivering agreed goods or services increases due to circumstances beyond GS1’s control — including but not limited to:
- Increased taxes or duties
- Currency fluctuations or devaluation
- Government decisions or regulations
- Supplier price increases
GS1 reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly.
GS1 shall be responsible for fulfilling its obligations under the agreement.
However, GS1 shall not be liable for indirect damages including but not limited to:
- loss of profit
- loss of business
- reputational damage
- consequential losses
GS1’s liability shall in all cases be limited to the total amount invoiced for the relevant event booking.
GS1 shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- strikes or labor disputes
- lockouts
- fire or accidents
- supply chain disruptions
- government restrictions
- other extraordinary circumstances.
In such cases, GS1 reserves the right to cancel or terminate the agreement without liability for damages.
These Standing Event & Subscription Terms apply to recurring events hosted at Gamestreet 1 AB (“GS1”).
Standing events refer to recurring bookings scheduled in advance on a regular basis, including but not limited to:
- Weekly events
- Bi-weekly events
- Monthly events
- Quarterly events
- Semi-annual events
- Annual events
Standing events may include access to the venue, Game Floor activities, and additional services such as catering, entertainment, event production, or other add-ons.
Standing events are offered through fixed subscription agreements between GS1 and the Customer.
Subscriptions may be structured with the following minimum commitment periods:
- 3-month subscription
- 6-month subscription
- 12-month subscription
During the agreed subscription period, pricing and booking terms remain fixed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
At the end of the subscription period, the agreement may:
- expire automatically, or
- renew under mutually agreed terms.
Subscription pricing is determined based on several factors, including but not limited to:
- Estimated number of participants
- Event duration (e.g., half-day, full-day, takeover)
- Frequency of events
- Event type (corporate, private, branded events)
- Use of Game Floor activities
- Venue layout and setup requirements
- Add-on services such as: Food & Beverage, Ticketing / Guest List Management, Security & Entry Management, Custom Venue Branding, Event Page & Marketing, Custom Seating / Layout, Social Gaming / Arcade Gaming, Live Music / DJ, Host / MC, Live Performances, Photo Booth, Photographer / Video Recording, Sound & AV Setup, Other custom services
Final pricing will be confirmed in the proposal, agreement, or invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed:
Subscriptions are invoiced either:
- monthly in advance, or
- per event cycle according to the agreed schedule.
Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Failure to pay invoices on time may result in:
- suspension of upcoming events
- suspension of Game Floor access
- termination of the subscription agreement.
Event dates are agreed in advance between GS1 and the Customer.
The agreed schedule may include:
- specific recurring weekdays
- specific dates per quarter or year
- flexible scheduling windows.
GS1 will reserve venue capacity based on the agreed schedule.
The Customer may reschedule a scheduled event under the following conditions:
Rescheduling more than 14 days before the event
- The event may be moved within a 2-week window before or after the scheduled date without additional cost, subject to availability.
Rescheduling 7–14 days before the event
- GS1 will attempt to accommodate the request, but a rescheduling fee may apply.
Rescheduling less than 7 days before the event
- The event may be considered cancelled and cancellation terms may apply.
All rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing.
Cancellation of a single event within an active subscription follows the standard Event Cancellation Policy, unless otherwise agreed.
If a scheduled event is cancelled:
- More than 8 weeks before the event → No cancellation fee
- 8–4 weeks before the event → Venue fee + partial catering costs
- 4 weeks – 7 days before the event → Higher cancellation charges
- Less than 7 days before the event → Full event charge

If the Customer terminates the subscription before the end of the agreed subscription period, GS1 reserves the right to invoice:
- the remaining subscription value, or
- an early termination fee equivalent to up to 50% of the remaining contract value.
This protects GS1 from losses related to reserved venue capacity and staffing.
Adjustments to event parameters such as:
- number of participants
- catering requirements
- Game Floor access
- entertainment
- production services
must be communicated no later than 5 days before each event.
Changes may result in adjusted pricing based on updated requirements.
Where Game Floor access is included or purchased as an add-on:
- the Game Floor Usage Terms apply
- GS1 may allocate specific games or time slots depending on venue availability.
Game tournaments, hosted gaming activities, or reserved game tables may be offered as additional services.
GS1 reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to:
- venue layout
- game availability
- staffing
- operational logistics
to ensure safe and efficient execution of events.
Such adjustments will not materially affect the overall event experience.

These Standing Event & Subscription Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Swedish law, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
These Game Floor Usage Terms apply to the use of games and recreational equipment provided by Gamestreet 1 AB (“GS1”) as part of an event booking or as an optional add-on service.
The Game Floor may include, but is not limited to:
- Shuffleboard
- Darts
- Pool / billiards tables
- Arcade or interactive games
- Other recreational equipment provided by GS1
Access to the Game Floor may be included in an event package or purchased as an additional service.
Game Floor access must be:
- included in the event proposal, or
- purchased as an add-on service prior to the event.
Availability of specific games or equipment cannot be guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in the booking confirmation or agreement.
GS1 reserves the right to replace equipment or modify game availability if required for operational or technical reasons.
Game Floor access is limited to the agreed time period specified in the booking confirmation or event schedule.
Extended usage beyond the agreed time may be subject to additional fees and availability.
GS1 reserves the right to end access to the Game Floor if the scheduled event time has concluded.
All games and equipment must be used responsibly and for their intended purpose only.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all participants:
- follow the instructions provided by GS1 staff
- use equipment safely
- avoid behavior that could damage equipment or cause injury
GS1 staff may intervene or restrict use of equipment if unsafe or inappropriate behavior is observed.
The Customer is responsible for any damage to games, equipment, furniture, or surrounding property caused by participants during the event beyond normal wear and tear.
If damage occurs, GS1 reserves the right to invoice the Customer for:
- repair costs
- replacement costs
- loss of use of equipment where applicable
GS1 recommends that the Customer ensures participants behave responsibly while using the Game Floor facilities.
If alcohol is served during the event, participants are still required to use the Game Floor equipment responsibly.
GS1 reserves the right to limit or deny access to games for participants who:
- appear excessively intoxicated
- behave aggressively
- misuse equipment
- create safety risks for others
These measures are taken to ensure the safety of all guests and staff.
Certain games or equipment may have age restrictions or safety requirements.
Where applicable:
- minors must be supervised by a responsible adult
- GS1 staff may restrict access where safety concerns arise.
Participation in recreational activities such as darts, billiards, shuffleboard, or similar games involves inherent risks.
By participating in Game Floor activities, participants acknowledge and accept these risks.
GS1 shall not be held liable for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety instructions.
While GS1 aims to maintain all equipment in working condition, GS1 cannot guarantee that all games will be operational at all times.
Temporary technical issues, maintenance, or operational requirements may result in certain games being unavailable.
Such situations shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund unless otherwise agreed in writing.
These Food & Beverage Terms apply to all catering, bar services, and food and beverage (“F&B”) provided by Gamestreet 1 AB (“GS1”) in connection with events, standing bookings, or subscription programs.
F&B services may include:
- In-house catering
- External catering partners
- Bar service (alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages)
- Pre-ordered menus and packages
Minimum spend arrangements
All food and beverage orders must be confirmed no later than 5 business days prior to the event, unless otherwise agreed.
Final confirmation includes:
- number of guests
- menu selection
- dietary requirements
- beverage packages
After this deadline, GS1 cannot guarantee changes and reserves the right to charge based on the confirmed order.
Certain bookings may be subject to a minimum food and beverage spend.
If the agreed minimum spend is not reached:
- the Customer will be invoiced for the difference.
Minimum spend requirements will be stated in the proposal or agreement.
External catering is only permitted with prior written approval from GS1.
If approved:
- external providers must comply with all applicable food safety regulations
- GS1 may charge a corkage or service fee
- GS1 reserves the right to reject catering that does not meet safety or quality standards
GS1 assumes no liability for food provided by external vendors.
All alcohol served at GS1 is subject to applicable Swedish alcohol laws.
The following applies:
- Alcohol may only be served by GS1 staff or approved partners
- Guests may not bring their own alcohol unless explicitly agreed in writing
- GS1 reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who:
- appears intoxicated
- behaves inappropriately
- poses a risk to safety
- appears intoxicated
GS1 staff are legally obligated to enforce responsible alcohol service.
GS1 reserves the right to:
- deny entry to guests under the influence
- stop alcohol service at any time
- remove guests from the premises if necessary
These measures are taken to comply with legal obligations and ensure a safe environment.
No compensation will be provided for reduced consumption due to enforcement of these rules.
Alcohol will only be served to individuals who meet the legal age requirements under Swedish law.
Valid identification may be required.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that underage guests do not consume alcohol.
The Customer must inform GS1 of any:
- allergies
- dietary restrictions
- special requirements
no later than the menu confirmation deadline.
While GS1 takes reasonable precautions, it cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Guests consume food and beverages at their own risk.
GS1 shall not be held liable for:
- allergic reactions not properly disclosed
- overconsumption of alcohol by guests
- incidents caused by guest behavior
The Customer remains responsible for the conduct of their guests.
The Customer is responsible for damages caused by:
- excessive spillage
- misuse of food or beverages
- guest behavior affecting the venue or equipment
Cleaning or repair costs may be invoiced where applicable.
Bar services may be structured as:
- prepaid packages
- open bar tabs
- pay-as-you-go
The agreed structure will be defined in the proposal.
For open bar tabs:
- a spending limit may be set in advance
the Customer is responsible for all consumption unless otherwise specified
GS1 reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to:
- menu items
- beverage selections
- service flow
due to availability, seasonality, or operational requirements.
GS1 shall not be held liable for failure to deliver specific food or beverage items due to circumstances beyond its control, including:
- supplier shortages
- delivery disruptions
- regulatory changes
Reasonable alternatives will be provided where possible.
